Nature of Service

FXfolder is a digital subscription service. All content — including forex trade signals, performance data, signal history, and market updates — is delivered digitally through the FXfolder web dashboard and Telegram bot.

Delivery Methods

Signals and content are delivered through two channels:

• FXfolder Dashboard — Access signals, performance charts, and history by logging into your account at fxfolder.com
• Telegram Bot — Real-time signal notifications delivered to your Telegram account (requires providing your Telegram user ID)

Access

Upon subscribing (or starting your free trial), you gain immediate access to the features included in your selected plan. Access continues for the duration of your active subscription or trial period.

Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the FXfolder platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, server issues, or factors outside our control.

No Physical Goods

FXfolder does not sell or ship any physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally. There are no shipping fees, delivery times, or physical returns.
