What is a trading journal?
A trading journal is a private log of every trade you take, entry, exit, size, risk, and notes, that turns your history into analytics like win rate, profit factor, expectancy, and R-multiple so you can find and repeat your edge.
Can I import my MT4 or MT5 history?
Yes. Export your history from MetaTrader as CSV and upload it. FXfolder detects the format, folds MT5 deals into positions, and skips duplicates so re-importing is safe.
