By creating an account or using FXfolder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FXfolder is a digital platform that provides forex trade signals, performance tracking, signal history, and Telegram-based signal delivery. The service is available through subscription plans (Starter and Premium) with a 7-day free trial.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Not Financial Advice

FXfolder does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Signals are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

6. Limitation of Liability

FXfolder, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our signals or platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell signals received through FXfolder
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FXfolder after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
