Overview

FXfolder offers a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans. This trial gives you full access to the features of your selected plan so you can evaluate the service before your first payment is charged.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with FXfolder after your trial ends, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@fxfolder.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
  • Subsequent monthly billing cycles (after the first month)
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes (signals are informational, not financial advice)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your plan management page. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the subscription.
